Happy chicken pieces marinaded in lime & ginger.
Marjoram & lemon chicken kebabs.
Chicken pieces served with a sweet chilli sticky sauce.
Cajun chicken with a tomato & corn salsa.
Lamb & mozzarella burgers.
Handmade local beef burger.
Lamb & kumquat kebabs yoghurt dressing.
Lamb steaks served with a mint pesto sauce.
Belly pork with a dipping sauce.
Tuna steaks with chilli lime dressing.
Barbequed chermoula prawns.
Barbequed prawns with garlic & lemon
Scallop & salmon skewers with corriander marinade.
